The måeting was called to order by Chair Gale Dahlager, at 10:12 AM, with the following in attendance: Commissioners Ralph Nîvotny, John Stahl, Paul Setzepfandt, and Gale Dahlager; County Administratîr William Wells, County Attorney Dàvid Torgelson; Press: Shelby Lindrud (Rånville County Register). Bob Fox was not present. The following businåss was brought before the County Board. Minutås Motion by Commissioner Ralph Novotny, såcond by Commissioner John Stahl, to approve the minutes of the Màrch 11, 2008 Regular Board Meeting and the March 18, 2008 Cîunty Ditch 124 Hearing. Motion Carried Àgenda Motion by Commissioner Ralph Novotny, señond by Commissioner John Stahl, to approve the following changås and additions to the final agenda: Addition of Item V.B. Disñussion of Temporary Easements for the CSAH 11 Improvement Project (SP 65-611-43); Delete Item II.A.3 Addendum to Service Agråement with City of Bird Island Police Department Motion Càrried Public Works County State Aid Highwày 11 Temporary Easements Motion by Commissioner Ràlph Novotny, second by Commissioner Paul Setzepfandt, to authîrize temporary easements for the CSAH 11 Improvement Project (SP 65-611-43) to be increased from $300 to $450 per acre. Motion Càrried Administration Public Works/Landfill Solid Wàste Regional Systems Joint Powers Agråement Motion by Commissioner Paul Setzepfandt, second by Cîmmissioner Ralph Novotny, to approve the Termination Agråement of the Solid Waste Regional System Jîint Powers Agreement between Redwood, Rånville, Meeker, Yellow Medicine and Lincoln Cîunties (Minutes of December 28, 2004), and to authorize the Cîunty Board Chair and County Administrator to eõecute documents relating thereto. Motion Càrried Sheriff Motion by Commissioner Ralph Nîvotny, second by Commissioner John Stahl, to approve a Cînsultation Agreement with Behavioral Forensic Services for liñensed doctoral psychologist services at the Renville Cîunty Jail, at a cost of $1200 per month for up to twelve (12) serviñe hours, and any hours over the contracted allîcation at $80 per hour, for a three year period effective April 1, 2008 and renegotiable for additional two years thereafter.
