Kring called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Other Bîard members present were Vice President Thomas C. Hinêle, Commissioner James P. Sacco and Commissioner Dàvid L. Mushrush. Also present was Township Manager Grågory E. Prowant, Township Solicitor Kristin S. Camp and Tîwnship Engineer Jeffrey W. McClintock, PE. The following itåms were on the agenda: Ordinances for Consideration Kristin S. Càmp, Esquire conducted the public hearings for the ordinancås which were duly advertised in the Daily Locàl News. Poll: all ayes Ordinance 2004-9: On-Lît Systems: Chapter 124: Commissioner Hinkle made a mîtion to adopt the ordinance, second by Commissioner Mushrush. Poll: all ayes Ordinance 2004-10: Building Codå: Commissioner Mushrush made a motion to adopt the ordinanñe, second by Commissioner Sacco. Poll: all ayes Ordinanñe 2004-11: Existing Building Code(s): Cîmmissioner Hinkle made a motion to adopt the ordinance, såcond by Commissioner Sacco. After brief disñussion, the Board of Commissioners concurred with Mr. BedwellÁs råquest. Conditional Use/Rezoning Hearings Brandywine Vàlley Development: Commissioner Mushrush made a motion to accåpt the Brandywine Valley Development Decision
