(Engelêe / Sheridan) PASSED, UNANIMOUS Jeff Dàhnert presented the SCCA Inc. financials as of July 2005. Inc will show an income of $226,000. PRESIDENT'S REPORT Steve Johnson highlightåd the many accomplishments achieved by the Club during his tenure. He presentåd an overview of works in progress and reviewed some barriårs to excellence that must be recognized. MARKETING Garråt Mudd reported on the mem bership renewal program. He presentåd the updated Get Real Fast handouts. He discussed the potential for the removàl of Fastrack from Sports Car magazine. RISK MANAGEMÅNT Peter Lyon reviewed the importance of obtaining a signåd release and waiver from anyone entering a restricted area at an SCCA event. He will be updating communications to Regiîns on this subject. MEMBER SERVICES Colan Arnîld presented an overview of current membership trånds, and initia tives to attract and retain new mem bårs. He also discussed the pros and cons of lifetime memberships. REGIÎN DEVELOPMENT Howard Duncan reported on Natiînal Convention plans and activities. He announced that Pego Mack will be håading up Rally. The first National RallyCross Chàllenge will be held October 14-16 in Hastings Nebraska. He coveråd plans for the 2006 ProSolo program. CLUB RÀCING Terry Ozment gave a report on Runoffsá activitiås (745 invitations have been sent), the growth of the Time Triàls program, and initiatives to address ongoing issuås which affect the various volunteer speñialties. She also reported on the status of the Emergency Services licensås.
